Double Ram Track PressSimpletec 200T Double Ram Track Press is designed for assembly/disassembly of Komatsu D-355 and Caterpillar D-9 Track Chains. It is suitable for manufacturing new chains and rebuilding/re-conditioning. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. A single hand lever controls forward and return strokes of the rams. The rams can be operated either simultaneously or separately.
Hydraulic Presses Hydraulic Presses in various configurations up to 2000T are designed and manufactured for various applications like forming, deep drawing, bailing, etc. Presses using hydraulic oil or water as working fluid are offered with pressing speeds up to 150 mm/sec, and various table sizes.
Hydraulic/Pneumatic Stamping/Embossing Press Automatic Stamping and Embossing Machines are manufactured for stamping or embossing hot rails, hot spun pipes, automotive components, etc. Presses with fully automatic loading and unloading system/manipulator can also be offered with provision to measure quantity, length, weight, etc.
Hydraulic Assembly Presses Hydraulic Assembly Presses and Closing-in-Presses are designed in various configurations having capacities ranging from 20 T to 500 T or higher. All operations, including loading/unloading of components are automatic. Machines can be equipped with automatic component transfer mechanism, orientation unit, inspection/gauging system, weighing system, packing unit, etc.
Hydraulic Injection Molding Presses We offer Hydraulic Injection Molding Presses, of extremely rigid and robust design. In addition to the main pressing cylinder, one ejection cylinder, one top and bottom core positioning/pressing cylinders are provided.
Plate Calendaring PressesPlate Calendaring Presses with 7 to 21 rolls for 4 mm to 30mm thickness plates are designed for straightening plates used for electric panels, railway wagons, ships, etc. Hydraulic cylinders are provided to give pressing force of 10 to 250 T, depending up on the plate thickness and machine capacity. Both the top and bottom rolls are driven at the same speed through heavy duty gear-box.
